[Openal] note re openal.org

FYI -- there may be noticeable issues today accessing the OpenAL website
or source repository via the .org domain. Although we've been working
for months to get the domain transferred to Creative so that we can
auto-magically keep the bills paid, the .org domain didn't quite make it
in time and the current registrar stopped redirection. We've paid them
for another year of service, so that should be fixed right away. In the
meantime, if you notice issues you can access the site and all the
materials using openal.com or openal.net -- those transferred months ago
without difficulty.

How could this happen, you may be wondering? Well, the rules for
transfer of .org domains are a lot more complicated than for .com or
.net domians. We've got emails, phone calls, faxes (yes _faxes_)
crisscrossing across three continents to establish current ownership
rights, future ownership rights, transfer rights, proper payment of pet
licensing fees, color pattern matching skill-set verification, and a
stunning list of other obstacles. Going in, it seemed like in the "age
of the internet," things should be simple, but that didn't work out to
be the case...

Sorry for any disruption this causes, but the situation (and domain)
should resolve soon.

Garin
