Have you here used the portable (OpenAL-Sample) or MAC OS X version? Regarding 
your last email it would be the OpenAL-Sample, but your second I doubt it, as 
you should get the same errors.

I guess you are on an Intel MAC? I haven't yet added support for Intel Mac to 
the ASM stuff, that's why you see the errors. I wonder that the darwin 
back-end builds for you, as I noticed it needs some fixing when I tried it on 
a friends powerbook with G4. (I don't have an Intel MAC to test.) I wanted to 
fix the back-end in the next days and I'll see into the asm stuff, as well. 
But please be more specific which project you built.
