[Openal] alut build problems

This happens when freealut is being built on a system with an ancient
OpenAL implementation (the signatures of some API entries have slightly
changed). I don't know if there is a recent prebuilt version for Ubuntu,
but in any way you can try to build OpenAL from the sources available
from http://www.openal.org/downloads.html. After that, there should be
no problem building freealut.

Furthermore, freealut 1.1.0 is about to be released, so you might want
to check that if you are compiling it anyway: http://aedion.de/openal/

Cheers,
   S.
