[Openal] Problems with streaming

Everything was great with the code I showed it was in fact a game loop
problem where Update() was only getting called once the music had stopped
playing. I am not quite sure what exactly caused the loop of the last
buffer but that has been fixed as well. A special thanks to Dan for his
help.
