[Openal] Compiling with Visual Studio .Net 2005?

Do a checkout of "openal" and you should find an openal/win/ 
openal.sln file which you can use for core OpenAL.  I haven't tested  
it with VS 2005 myself (I'm still on 2003), but it should work...

WRT ALUT -- I don't know the current status.  At one time, there were  
VS project/solution files in there, but my more recent checkout seems  
to have them removed as well...
