[Openal] Looping sounds broken on linux?

The reason I put this test together in the first place was because I
was having problems with looping much longer samples (several seconds).
Presumably there are generally no restrictions on the length of the
sample, e.g. it doesn't need to be a multiple of the sample rate in
length or something?
