[Openal] Development of OpenAL 1.1 for MacOS

There is information on the downloads page (http://www.openal.org/ 
downloads.html) on how to retrieve the latest code from CVS.  For Mac  
OS X, you'll want the 1.1 development branch tagged as  
"MACOSX_DevelopmentBranch".  I think the branch is almost ready to  
become the mainstream code.  There are several Apple people on the  
list who will probably elaborate with more detail on the current  
state of affairs, but that's all I know...
