[Openal] Help with testprog

Why below 'portable' ?

Shouldn't these programs work with ALL OpenAL implementations? 
Therefore they need to be at a level on a par with 'portable' and
the other implementations - not a *part* of just the portable branch.

This is all good stuff - but make 'contrib' be next to 'portable' - not
below it.
