[Openal] Using OpenAL without spatialization

I think this is now in the category of "inadvertently supported," and I 
agree that it should be more formally supported.  The idea has floated 
around before of being able to explicitly force spatialization on/off 
for each source to make this formal, and it (or something equivalent) 
will certainly happen.
