[Openal] Clipping with looped samples

It may be a bug.  Is it only happening for high pitch values above a 
specific threshold?  Is Doppler being used (which would be an additional 
multiplier on the pitch)?  There are certainly going to be limits on how 
far you can push pitch shifting, but perhaps the implementation you're 
running isn't enforcing the limit appropriately.  Which brings up 
another question -- what device are you opening?
