[Openal] OpenAL 1.1 (OS X) alGenBuffers problem

It's filed as Problem ID: 4882557 via the Apple Bug Reporter.

I've gone ahead and worked around this by sticking with the 1.0.6  
version of OpenAL that's based on the Carbon Sound Manager in the  
meantime.
