[Openal] OpenAL 1.1 (OS X) alGenBuffers problem

Please, go ahead and take everything you need. I don't even mind
writing up the bug report, but the problem is the follow up. When Bob
(or whoever) finally fixes this, there will be a request to test the
changes. Since I don't have a reliable program to benchmark, I'm a bad
person to follow up on this. (I'm also swamped. I filed nearly 200
reports on Tiger when it was in beta, and some of those reports are
coming back at me now which I haven't had time to follow up on.)

Anyway, let me know your bug id. And I'll file a redundant bug to
'vote' for it. (I think this may explain some new performance hiccups
in my own code which I haven't had a chance to track down yet.)

Thanks,
Eric
