[Openal] Sound files problem

Do diagnose this, more information is needed: Which platform are you using? 
Which OpenAL/ALUT version? Could you send a small standalone program 
demonstrating the problem? If not, could you at least describe how the sound 
files are loaded? If they are loaded via ALUT, could you send me the sound 
files which don't work for you?
