Hi Col,
Which OpenAL device are you using ? Did you successfully create the filter
? Did you set the filter type to LOWPASS ? What is the exact line of code
that causes the crash ?
Thanks,
Dan

[Openal] Exploding Filters

Hi Guys,
I'm experienceing some problems with the alFilterf function to set the
AL_LOWPASS_GAIN or AL_LOWPASS_GAINHF parameters on a filter in that I get
an 'Access violation reading location 0x00000006'
The odd thing is that the same code works if I change alFilterf to
alFilteri (although the value is then confined to 0 or 1). I've stepped
through from the creation of the filter to the point where it breaks and
all openal calls between the two succeed.
Has anyone else seen this problem and perchance know of a fix?
Cheers,
Col
