[Openal] alut.dll missing when running game on some pc's

Hi,

alut.dll is not part of the OpenAL distribution - it is a stand alone
utility library.  If your applications needs it, then you must ship it with
your application.

My game runs fine on my laptop and my pc.
The game installer calls the openal installer.
When the game starts up it says the alut.dll file is missing.
I've re-run the installer manually on this new pc but I still get the
alut.dll
error
