[Openal] Status of OpenAL 1.1 on OS X

Hi Bill,

Sorry my message was confusing, I meant convey that the  
implementation was 1.1 and that the headers were 1.0. I did not mean  
to imply anything else or put words in your mouth. I was trying to  
relay what you told me to Tom (pehaps poorly).

Thank you for your response, this clarifies where things are greatly.
