[Openal] Software premixing

Personally, I think a "mixdown of all stereo/2D source before mixing 
everything" feature should be provided by OpenAL, for cards that don't 
allow more than one stereo source to be played at a time.  For the 
software mixer, it doesn't matter since it can mix more than one stereo 
source (or whatever set of sources you give it) anyway.
