[Openal] 1.1 status

I'll take a note to find a place to put status information on the  
site -- that's a good idea.  As Dan mentioned, the Windows SDK and  
Installer downloads linked off the downloads page (http:// 
www.openal.org/downloads.html) are 1.1-compliant.  If you want to see  
Bob's latest OS X code, you can use the tag mentioned on the same  
page and grab the code out of CVS -- it's in-progress.  The Linux/ 
*nix codebase is also in-progress -- I think capture is working, but  
that there are some tasks and a lot of testing yet to be done on that  
codebase.
