[Openal] Updated Windows AL 1.1 SDK (Beta)

Before Creative calls 1.1 "final" and makes both a release installer 
and SDK, we will be testing against all the applications we know about. 
  So far, so good with our testing against the beta SDK...  You're right 
that we have to be careful on this.  We'll also be releasing more 
sample code, showing how to handle various situations which will come 
up.  One example is how 1.1 affects enumeration (the main issue being 
that you may still find 1.0 implementations when enumerating under 1.1, 
so if your app requires 1.1 the 1.0 implementations have to be thrown 
out by your app).
