[Openal] Openal won't compile

If someone with more Linux-codebase experience than myself gives you  
a better answer, follow their advice, but the following should work...

Do a new checkout of the tree, of the "Linux_Spec1-0" tagged version  
(see http://www.openal.org/downloads.html for additional info and an  
example if you need to).  The code at the head of the tree has a few  
small issues like this, because we're transitioning to OpenAL 1.1.
