[Openal] Problem querying processed buffers in Linux

I would personally like to see the changes that I made to the config
parser and the spec file to be included in this release. They haven't
been applied to the CVS tree at this time though. I don't recall, that
simple patch for the config parser did also correct the sample config
didn't it? If not, it should since it is a valid lisp file.
Also, you probably should use the . convention in the naming such as
openal-0.0.8. As it stands now the user has to go out of their way to
make an RPM with the included spec file. Finally, the rpm will fail to
build on any modern distro since it doesn't package openal-config,
openal.pc (this is part of the spec file patch I sent earlier).
