[Openal] Max distance

Hi there,
 I have a question about a way how to set some maximum distance, where sound can be listen. I did not find some source property for maximum distance where sounds play or did I missed it? Or should I check during update how far the sound from listerner is and manualy decrease gain or pause the sound?
