[Openal] Mac OS X Build Errors

I don't think that will help (as we don't update system headers in  
our SDKs) - I think what you are missing is QuickTime - it does  
install headers (and that was the vehicle we used to update CA pieces  
in Panther) - so you should make sure that QT 6.5.2 or better is  
installed
