Sure - no problem.  You'll want to read the LGPL license for the details
if you distribute your product using one of the LGPLed implementations
(see one of the header files for a link), but you can certainly use AL for
your product.  For OGG support, you'll be subject to their licensing --
check out their site.  It's a very liberal license, so you shouldn't have
any problems there either.
