[Openal] Compile error...

Hello!

I just recently downloaded the latest OpenAL-sdk for Mac OS X together 
with the latest Core Audio SDK. I also got the example files from the 
CVS server. While trying to make the "All" compile in the xcode project 
included in the cvs download, I get a bunch of errors including:

error: MixerDistanceParams undeclared(first use function)
/../ lots of related parse errors /../
error: kAudioUnitProperty_3DMixerDistanceParams undeclared (first used 
function)
/../ lots of pars errors/../

a total of 7 or so compile errors.

What am doing wrong?

Running: Panther 10.3.4 with latest Core Audio SDK and latest openAL 
package install.
