[Openal] openal updates

Does anyone know when OpenAL is expected to be revised to version 1.1 or
when the new OpenAL32.dll will release final stages?  The web site doesn't
get updated very often, so I was just wondering.  There doesn't seem to be a
public roadmap for feature additions/completions.
