The *-config scripts are basically bash/sh scripts, that have a few things 
replaced (version number, etc). I'm no expert with bash scripting, though. At 
least, not to where I can fully grasp what the script is doing. If something 
turns up broken in it, or not working as intended, it would be difficult for 
me to fix it. And given that it's preferred to use pkg-config anyway, and 
there's little-to-no use for openal-config, it doesn't seem worth it to 
include.
