If (Open)Solaris users aren't likely to have OSS, I can try to make a Solaris 
backend for OpenAL Soft using the SI's code as a starting point.

I have nothing against the patch being applied, if Jason wants to do it. Just 
note that OpenAL-Sample will probably not have another release.
