Thanks. Does anyone know if the highpass/bandpass filters are used and/or
implemented anywhere?

	In a similar way to EAX (and I3DL2), to allow EFX implementations to
provide different qualities of filters, but retain a similar effect in terms
of levels, the parameters are defined as such:-
	
	Gain = overall level
	Gain HF = relative level at the reference frequency of 5KHz.
	
	e.g Gain * GainHF is the level at 5KHz.
