[Openal-devel] Renaming "portable"

I'm aware of this, but this is exactly the feature I'm trying to avoid.
External definitions are not first-class citizens, i.e. they are
disconnected from the main working copy, so e.g. 'svn commit' does not
recurse into them, etc.
The headers and the spec are quite stable, so keeping a (Subversion)
copy of them in synch via a 3-way merge should be easy. In addition, we
would never make a local change of the copy, anyway.
KISS rulez! ;-)
Cheers,
S.
