[Openal-devel] OpenAL SI platform/backend cleanup

As far as I can tell, the Darwin backend uses CoreAudio, so perhaps
things should be renamed. Do I see a potential maintainer here...? ;-)

Regarding Solaris: In theory the OSS backend should work there, too, but
I haven't tested it and I'm not sure how widespread the use of OSS on
Solaris actually is. The current Solaris backend seems to use facilities
in <sys/audioio.h>, which looks similar to the OSS API
(open/read/write/close/ioctl).
