[Openal-devel] AL server/lists back up

Tyler, Sven, and everyone else who has provided input --

Thanks for the extensive input on how to proceed on the server now that 
we have a new one deployed.  It seems like we're generally of the same 
mindset, and I'll try to push things along using the input you've 
provided.  I apologize in advance if this all seems under-ambitious in 
terms of the quantity and pace of change.  Now that more people are 
becoming involved (_many_ more once a Wiki is in place), there will 
certainly be bigger changes in the future.  When it comes to the server 
itself and maintaining it, there's still a need to keep things as simple 
as is reasonable, as we have essentially no monetary budget for this and 
only a small time budget -- that's why I tend to stay very close to the 
the "tried and true" packages that get bundled with distrubutions such 
as RHEL/CentOS...

Here will be the short-term upgrade priorities:

1)  Implement a bug-tracker
2)  Implement a wiki-based documentation section
