[Openal-devel] compilation problem on linux

This is not a bug, it's a feature... ;-) "openal/linux" is not buildable
anymore by its own, you have to checkout the newly created "portable"
module, i.e. "cvs -d <...> co portable". This collects together the
former linux sources, the standard headers, and the OpenAL 1.1 spec.
Garin is about to update openal.org about this, I think. Furthermore,
there is a small note about this in the toplevel INSTALL file.
