Thanks, you have been very helpful. So 1.0 supports
the extention, but that extention only exists for
Windows, right? I think I'm probably best off
targeting 1.1.

Is there anything I can do to get the Linux
implementation of 1.1 working or at least the device
enumeration? I have a serious deficiency of time, so
if it makes it go way quicker, I'll donate money to
the appropriate person to get the 1.1 spec working in
Linux.

Any takers?
