[Openal-devel] Sources for ALC_EXT_capture hacks for Linux.

If anyone is bored and wants to diff my out-of-date Linux reference
sources for the ALC_EXT_capture patches, here they are:

Right now, it just wraps AL_EXT_capture in a hacky way. I wouldn't
recommend putting it in CVS as-is.

And, as I am discovering, there's a lot of people pissed off that
grab_read_alsa() isn't implemented.  :)
