[Openal-devel] ADPCM query

BTW -- So far so good on using the same names/tokens for all platforms.
For Ogg Vorbis I've been using "EXT_VORBIS" as the queried extension
name and "AL_FORMAT_VORBIS_EXT" to identify an OV buffer -- just like
the Linux code.
